What the research says
In a 2013 study in Human Reproduction, healthy men who used a Finnish sauna twice a week for three months had lower sperm count and motility. Values returned to normal about six months after they stopped.
KOLDWR keeps a frozen pack against that area while you sit. It is underwear, not a medical treatment, and we have not tested its effect on sperm.

Questions
How long do the packs stay cold?
We are timing it in a real sauna and will publish the minutes and the method here. Until then we do not give a number. Two packs come in every kit, so you can swap in a fresh one.
Is it comfortable with a frozen pack?
The first thirty seconds feel cold. The pocket keeps a layer of fabric between the pack and your skin.
Which size should I get?
Order your usual size. Between sizes? Size up. The fit is snug so the pack stays in place. The size guide is on the product page.
Where do you ship from?
Salt Lake City, Utah. US shipping is free, and delivery takes 2 to 3 business days once your kit ships.
Can I return it?
Send the kit back unopened within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We send you a prepaid label. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened or worn pairs. If it arrives damaged, email support@koldwr.com with a photo and we replace it free.
Is the gel safe?
Yes. The packs are sealed, BPA-free and non-toxic. Do not microwave or puncture them.
